Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days for an exchange or Northern Kids credit note.
To be eligible for our return policy, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to return your product please email info@northernkids.ca for a Return Confirmation prior to shipping. We will not accept any returns without prior confirmation.
Exchange or Credit Note
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved an exchange will be processed or a credit note code will be issued to you by email. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Warranty
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email info@northernkids.ca with "Warranty" in subject line to provide us with the product information.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
